Need it sooner? Expedited shipping gets your order to you faster. Orders placed before noon EST are processed same day.

Select Local Pickup at checkout and we'll reach out to coordinate a convenient pickup time. Available in the Ransomville, NY area.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and perishable, we have a limited return policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Opened or Used Items

We are unable to accept returns on opened or used candles and wax melts due to the nature of the product.

Unopened Items

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received.
